Pay Online – Tax | Water | Sewer

The Tax Collector’s Duties include the following four broad categories: billing, cashiering, reports and enforcement. As Tax Collector, she also holds the dual title of Utility Collector and is thus charged with the duty of billing and collecting both sewer service and water charges.

June billing includes any excess over 80,000 gallons per year. Drop box located on 14th Street side entrance to City Hall. Drive up window to pay taxes, water and sewer on 14th street side of City Hall  N.J.S.A. 54:4-64.    The validity of any tax or assessment, or the time at which it shall be payable, shall not be affected by failure of a taxpayer to receive a Tax bill, but every taxpayer is put on notice to ascertain from the proper official of the taxing district the amount which is due for taxes or assessments against him or his property.

State of New Jersey Tax Rebate Programs:  There are three separate and distinct property tax relief programs available to New Jersey homeowners form:

  • State Property Tax Reimbursement Program (Freeze) 1-800-882-6597
  • Homestead Property Tax Rebate Program 1-800-323-4400N.J.
